Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellations

Doorstep service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge by calling us at +91 97890 11153 at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled technician visit time.

2. Inspection / Visiting Fees

Once a technician arrives at your location and completes the diagnostic inspection, the basic visiting fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair work.

3. Repair & Spare Parts Warranties

If a replaced part or repair fails within the designated warranty period stated on your official invoice, we will inspect and re-service the appliance at no additional charge. If the issue covered under warranty terms cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund for the specific repair charge will be evaluated.
